Syllabus 2016-2017

Course objective:

• In this course, students will practice reflecting on ethical questions, understanding how to see several perspectives of an issue.

• Students will learn about religion and how it impacts people's’ daily lives.

• Students will learn how to engage in dialogue.

Class Materials:

• 1.5 inch binder

• Loose leaf paper

• Hilroy 32 page notebook

Evaluations:

Students will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Participation

• Assignments (written & oral

• Projects (Individual & group)

• Responses

Expectations:

Students are expected to abide by the rules of Macdonald High School at all times (refer to student agenda for more details).  

Like school policy states, cell phones and electronic devices are not to be used in the classroom unless the teacher permits students to use them.
